What Does The Bible Say About Gods Power

What does the bible say about Gods power & how to access it?

#1 Gods presence

In His presence there is peace, liberty & fullness of Joy.

1 Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.

2 Before the mountains were brought forth,

Or ever You had formed the earth and the world,

Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. (Psalm 90:1-2)

His presence is a dwelling place, a refuge.

Our safe place.

God is our rock, fortress, strong tower & refuge.

There is power in Gods presence.

#2 Gods word

12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

His word lives & abides forever.

It transforms us, renews us, heals us, delivers us... a seed that is incorruptible.

23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, (1 Peter 1:23)

It is a word that is TRUE!

A word that leads us into righteousness as a follower of Christ.

105 Your word is a lamp to my feet

And a light to my path. (Psalm 119:105)

#3 Gods Son, Jesus.

There is power in the name of Jesus!

12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. (John 14:12-14)

We must believe & have faith in Him!

There is no name above any name.

19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! (James 2:19)

If the demons believe, can we?

Hoping these verses & teaching blesses you!
